Equity in private wetland leasehold rental rates

Waterfront Action Group is a subcommitte of BOA that is campaigning for equity in the setting of rental rates for private leaseholds covering wetland (waterfront) areas. These leaseholds include jetties, wharves, pontoons, pools, slips and boat storage areas adjacent to private freehold waterfront property.

BREAKING NEWS!

The Audit Office of New South Wales has announced that it is conducting a performance audit of NSW Maritime and the Department of Lands, in relation to their administration of the April 2004 IPART report.

 

The Waterfront Action Group has used donations, to employ valuation experts, to prepare reports on the Rate of Return, and which will be provided to NSW Maritime, the Department of Lands and the Audit Office.
